One thing I have learned about making stew is that you must be patient in order to make sure the tomato sauce is well fried. Sometimes, you stand by in order to stir it in the hot oil. If you don't, you might not get that fresh taste you desire.
The other day, I was driving into a plaza. There was a notice which read, “Visitors park outside, please.”
I read it and drove on. At the point entry, the security flagged me down, asking if I didn’t see the notice.
“I’m not a visitor, I’m a customer!” I answered with a smile.
Of course he let me in.
