Q: How did you cope financially when you got married as a young couple?
Pastor Sunday Adelaja: first of all, we decided that as long as we are a young family, we were not going to rush to have kids. The problem with young families is that they don’t control what happens in their family. In our family, we waited for about 3 to 4 years until we were ready to have kids; that helped us. By the time we decided to have kids, my ministry was bigger and our financial status was better. But before then we were working towards the period of time when we’d have more things and better conditions to be able to provide what we need for ourselves before the children began to come.
