I’m Running Again!

Eliud Kipchoge finishing the sub 2 hour marathon in Vienna, Austria

It has indeed been a while I went running. So when I decided that I am was not having any of this weakness, the next logical thing was to find a way to strengthen myself. I either hit the gym or hit the road. I chose the later.

Eliud Kipchoge has inspired us to run. He says no human is limited, and I believe him wholeheartedly. Running changed his life forever, and I am hoping that running will change my life too and give me more strength and ginger for life and living.

You are strong!
