#la187: Day 12: The Dearth Of Good Men.

Psalm 12: David cried a painful cry, in Psalm 12:1 GNT

Help us, LORD!

There is not a good person left;

honest people can no longer be found.”

I pray the case is different with my generation!

Genesis 45-48
The brothers became connected to the Oga at the top (the boss) and did not suffer hunger for the rest of the five years of the famine. The Lord will provide the right connection you and I need. amen.
“…and Jacob was revived” our successes can inspire someone to come alive. He later went sacrificing to God. That was a true revival. He came alive.

But didnt the Egyptians eat meat? why would they hate shepherds that much?
Furthermore, Joseph was abroad and didn’t just want to send occasional relief to his family, but decided to take the pain to move his family to a place of relative prosperity. Have you been placed in a better position? Use it to benefit others!

One more thing is here notable: When a man wants to bless others, God provides the ‘how’; for ‘ He gives seed to the sower.’

We also see that Jacob understood that he was on pilgrimage in this world. Do you see yourself as a pilgrim in this world? Have you read, The Pilgrim’s Progress? Even if you’ve watched the adaptation, read it again, in order to keep the knowledge fresh.
Finally, Jacob continued to bless. He knew the importance of the blessing.

The Lord bless and keep you!
