Oh yes, merry Christmas to you.
May the joy of the season flood your home.
Thank God for this wonderful year. It was a very interesting year. Had to change location from Russia to Nigeria, went for NYSC orientation camp, traveled the length and breath of Nigeria, and of course enjoyed the ever abiding presence and renewing love of the most amazing LA family.
My 2013 would not have been complete without you.
But as this year draws to a close, it is wisdom to celebrate with a pen in hand.
Have you written down your vision for 2014?
If a leader, what changes do you hope to implement in your team?
If a husband, where are you taking your family in 2014?
Vision is a comprehensive sense of:
A) Where you are now.
B) Where you are going in a specific period of time.
C) A big picture of the future.
Well, you already know that, but have you written down something, anything for your 2014?
Vision is the cup that either enables or limits your ability to receive from God.
We serve a God who loves to give His children big gifts, ‘But don’t come with a small container,’ He seems to say.
Put a big vision before you.
Remember, without vision a man starts nothing, without work a man finishes nothing!
So write down something, now!
Vision gives your life momentum.
Vision gives your body/org focus and co-ordination.
Everybody succeeds when there is a shared vision.
Vision is the seed of what will become reality.
If you can see the invisible, you can accomplish the impossible.
It’s not about how much work you can do, but how much you can envision.
When you have vision, money will flow into it.
No man can hold you back when you know your vision, and what your cup is.
When you know where you are going, what you want to be, God just lifts you up to that place.
Do you have a written vision for your life? Where do you want to be 10 years from now? Or narrowing it down, at least what you see yourself doing in 2014?
When you mount on the wings like an Eagle, you see what others do not see.
With vision, you can endure because you see the end result.
So friends, let’s bring out our writing pads and write down our vision.
‘But I have it in my head.’
No no. The bible says to write the vision down. Habakuk 2:2.
I have written mine. Go write yours!
Your 2014 is blessed!
Join us tomorrow, as we look at how to develop your vision.
