What are you focusing on?
When the devil wants to stop you from experiencing blessing from an individual, he shows you their weakness.
And @eloxie added, “And has you focused on it, rather than on all the other lovely strengths they have.”
Well, that’s really it. You see a great man or woman, and you’re excited about then. You’re excited about how they can be a blessing to you. You start following them. After a while, however, you begin to observe certain things in them which you may not agree with. The question is, what do you with that knowledge? Will you discard it as inconsequential and focus on the strengths of the person and what you can learn or benefit from him or her. Or will you focus on that weakness and let it blind you from the many amazing benefits that would have been your portion?
Your choice. But be sure you will definitely see one or two things you will not like. But you have to decide what to do with that.
I’ll advise you look away from the weakness, that oftentimes doesn’t concern you, and focus on that strength and that value you desire to imbibe from that person.
May God help us to be wise in this season in Jesus name.
Don’t forget, When the devil wants to stop you from experiencing blessing from an individual, he shows you their weakness [and has you focused on them instead of their strengths].
