One of the titles of the Lord is the Great Physician (Exodus 15:26), and he enjoys healing (Matthew 8:1-3), he has never changed (Malachi 3:6), there is no pain or sickness in heaven (Rev 21:4).
When we talk about the flood of healing from a God who loves to heal, you know what to expect.
1. It is possible for God to heal everybody.
He can heal one out of many (John 5:2-9);
He can heal all (10 lepers, Luke 17:11-14).
No matter how large the multitude, he has the ability to heal them all (Matthew 8:1-3).
“God has healed 140,000 in our auditorium before, but I’m looking forward to a time when he will heal all”.
Pray: Father, tonight heal all of us in a way we cannot explain.
God can make you whole (Luke 17:11-19).
Mark 5:25-34: lady with the issue of blood.
2. God can make you whole.
Wholeness – Nauman’s story in 2 kings 5-14.
Even when a leper is cured, there may still be scars. But in Naaman’s case, his skin was returned to him like a little baby.
Receive wholeness in Jesus name.
3. God can give you divine health for the rest of your life.
Exodus 15:26; 3 John 2; Deut 34:7; Joshua 13:6-13 (Caleb @ 85).
It is possible for you that till you leave this world, never to experience any pain or sickness.
Pray: Father, from now on, no more ache, pain, sickness, disease in Jesus name. Till we see you in glory. Divine health is what we want.
4. God can go a step further; he can turn your hands to healing hands. He can make your hands the extension of His, so that whoever you touch experiences healing.
Word of knowledge: there’s someone here, in recent times your strength have been dwindling. Check now, you’re healed.
One of the things Jesus said we’ll do in his name is that we’ll lay hands on the sick and they shall recover (Mark 16:17-18). Peter and John manifested this power in Acts 3:1-8 as they healed the lame man who got up leaping and praising God.
Also Paul healed many in Acts 28:3-9.
The almighty God can use ordinary people to heal.
Pastor Adeboye shares testimony of a man who stretched his hands and touched him while he was taxiing away from the airport and waving at the mammoth crowd that came to welcome him. The man who touched him had a child who was born lame. He ran home, laid his hands on him and commanded him in the name of Jesus to rise up and walk.
For a few minutes nothing happened, and so, disappointed, he turned his back and made way to leave the room. Suddenly, he heard a noise that made him stop in his tracks. He turned back only to see his son following him. This testimony happened in Malaysia, as he made his way to Australia.
Isn’t God great?
Pray: Lord, empower my hands to heal the sick.
5. If he releases the healing flood and soaks us in the healing flood, healing virtues will begin to flow through us.
In Acts 19:11-12, Acts 5:14-16, God performed special miracles from the hands of Paul, that demons fled as Paul’s shadow passed by.
Acts 9:32-34 – Aneas.
Jesus thought us
Who will he heal?
The one who will testify.
Who will be make whole?
The one who comes back to say thanks
So will he make healthy? Exodus 15:26
Hearken and do all that God commands
You cannot eat poison and expect to remain healthy. You can’t be eating what God is his portion and expect to be healthy. If you’re eating what belongs to him, then you’re eating poison.
Who will become a vessel unto honor?
God knows if he begins to use you, people will begin to respect you. You can’t be swimming in sin and expect God to make you healthy.
Jesus always took care of the sin before he took care of the sickness.
Give your life to Jesus and enjoy a lifetime of divine health.
