‘The man who cannot concentrate is either weak of will, a nervous wreck, or has never learned what will-power is good for.’ – Dale Carnegie.
These days, many young people find it difficult to concentrate on one particular activity till finish. The truth is, to get the best out of anything, you must pay attention to it. When you divide your attention, you divide your power.
To concentrate is simply to attend to one thing, and to attend to nothing else.
How does one concentrate? You concentrate by resolutely withdrawing your attention from everything else.
If there is something hindering you from concentrating, attend to that thing first.
Learn to concentrate on what you are doing, and see yourself win in style.
Question Did you read this piece without attending to anything else?
If yes, kudos, you’re learning to concentrate.
